Planning ahead

Planning ahead gives you the time to think about what feels right, without pressure or urgency.

For many people, it’s simply about making things easier for the people around them. By recording your wishes in advance, you can remove uncertainty and allow your family to focus on what matters most when the time comes. It also gives you the opportunity to consider the kind of service you would like, from the setting and tone through to the personal details that reflect your life.

Many families tell us that planning ahead brings a sense of comfort, knowing things are taken care of and their wishes will be respected.

How it works

We take a simple and supportive approach to planning ahead.

You can meet with one of our team at home or at one of our locations to talk through what’s important to you. There’s no pressure, just a conversation to help you explore your options and record your wishes in a way that feels right.

You can choose to:

– Pre-arrange, where your wishes are recorded
– Or pre-pay, if you’d like to put financial plans in place

Either way, everything is guided at your pace, with clear advice and support along the way.

Planning options

If you choose to pre-pay, your funds are securely managed through regulated funeral benefit funds.

You can make a single payment or contribute over time, depending on what suits you. There are no medical checks or age restrictions, and plans can be arranged individually or jointly.

We’ll explain everything clearly, so you can make decisions with confidence and understanding.
